Research Theme

Research Interests

The cognitive and behavioural consequences of stroke and vascular brain disease, stroke recovery, the differential diagnosis of dementia, and the use of neuroimaging techniques to elucidate brain-behavior relationships in stroke and dementia, including quantitative structural imaging and functional magnetic resonance imaging. She has authored/coauthored over 400 publications and is actively engaged in treatment trials for stroke and stroke recovery, Alzheimer’s Disease, and Vascular Cognitive Impairment.
